Apprenticeship Program Private Sessions

Clients can receive a Private Pilates Session with a student who is enrolled in From The Center’s Teacher Training Program through FTC’s Apprenticeship Program. FTC's Teacher Training program is a fully comprehensive program known nationally and has a reputation of producing qualified, skilled Pilates Instructors who are knowledgeable about the Pilates Method, movement and anatomy. The Apprenticeship Program offers clients a Private Session at a tremendously reduced payment rate. Payment rates are dependent on the student's level of training.

Students who are enrolled in the Apprenticeship Program will practice teaching a classical Private Session to sharpen their knowledge of the exercises & Pilates levels, Mat exercises, use & variables of the Pilates equipment, approaches to teach a variety of clients with specific goals, understanding of the Pilates Method, creating an eye for movement, anatomy, imagery, sequencing, pacing, touch techniques and even rhythm.

Client feedback to the student is greatly appreciated and helpful.
