Trio Pilates Sessions

Sign-up to be matched with two clients or bring a friend or two. Trio Pilates Sessions are three clients taught by one certified Instructor on the Pilates equipment and Mat-work. Clientele will be taught at the level of the group by a Pilates Instructor who will also introduce them to new exercises, progress them through the various Pilates levels and work on specific body areas. There is flexibility with a Trio Pilates Session to move within the schedule to different days and times or to schedule a recurring day and time. Rehabilitative issues can not be addressed in a Trio Pilates Session. No prerequisites required.

A 55 minute session scheduled on an appointment basis. Value Packages expire in 6 months and are nonrefundable. Allow 24-hours notice when canceling any service to avoid charges.
