Pilates Teacher Training:

Elective Workshops

Pilates Teacher Training: Full Program - 2007/08

All programs are designed by Master Teacher, Patrick O'Brien. Patrick has been studying Pilates since 1991, teaching Pilates since 1993 and training highly educated, quality instructors since 1999. He believes that when teaching students the classical Pilates exercises & structures, emphasis should be placed upon the concepts that are inherent within them. An understanding is then needed about the human body in motion anatomically & bio-mechanically. Once these have been established, translation of movement ideas & concepts, via verbal cueing, imagery, hands-on techniques, props & tools and modifications, is what makes students excellent Pilates teachers with well trained eyes for movement.
